When they came to us – WPSETTINGS, their requirements are Clear: They need their products be posted on their site, with Sign-in and Cart feature. That’s all. Our working process was so simple: Ask, ask again, verify, ask again, and verify. Done.
But that’s not the story. I know.
During the project lifetime, we also got another idea from an Executive in Alphay. He presented and explained their specific target: The customers who want to pick their products monthly. That’s what we have to think about.
In addition, there are many products in their backlog. The testing process became more and more difficult to devote time towards actual testing for Add to Cart and New Monthly Purchase features. We need time to think, get refresh or to regenerate our energy. Some times its important to take one step back in order to get fresh insight and to find different working approach.
We really had a good time with Alphay team. What we mean is that it’s not only the work but also the way we interact to each other. The project is not quite hard due to the Technical solution. The most challenge came from the Product data itself: We have to learn and understand the nature of these products, in order to talk with the Alphay team. That’s really interesting!
